“No reply to emails sent, email that is on receipt, (jhpe07@yahoo.co.uk) bounces back asked for a paper receipt to be included in order for VAT purposes was not included”

“Delivery was late! When it arrived I emailed telling them one of the jewels was missing. I received an email back asking me to send a photo, done it there and then and have had no reply a week later!!!!!”
