“Cant review item, as never received as not my signature 😢 asked you to contact royal mail to make claim as paul manager royal mail blackburn sorting office said until I phyically receive your responsibility. But numerous calls n emails you ignored! So merry christmas!! Im near on £40 down n no gift to show! Thanks your customer care is disraceful.”

“I bought the fishing hook ashes locket for my husband's birthday in December after losing hid Dad very suddenly in April this year. This gift couldn't have been more perfect as they both love(d) fishing and also shared the same birthday. (Happy 70th Dad!) Now, with this unique and stunning piece, hubby can take his Dad with him every time he goes fishing. Thank you for creating this, it's perfect!”

“The whistle was ordered on the 3rd December for a 21st Birthday gift for the 14th December. An email to your company on the 14th followed by a phone call did not receive a response. A standard email late on the 14th confirmed the whistle had been dispatched and this arrived on the 17th. We were not only disappointed with the delivery time but when we placed the order it was placed with your company as you sold it in a presentation box. The whistle arrived in a cellophane bag - no presentation box, very disappointing for a gift. I emailed your company on the 17th December to notify you of this but to date I am still waiting for a response. We are very disappointed with your customer service and I still wait hearing from you with a response.”
