“Ordered something off here for my dad's 50th birthday over 3 weeks ago now and still haven't received it or let alone got a bloody reply from this company! There website says its been completed but yet they give me a tracking number that is not tracking anything! I even work in a delievery service company and i know its busy this time of year bIut this is bloody ridiculous! Do not order from this company if your wanted a special present for someone as they don't give a sh*t!”

“Ordered a bangle for my daughter over 3 weeks ago for it to be here for Christmas as it said “before Christmas delivery” got an email saying it has been dispatched on the 20th of December and it’s now the 28th and still hasnt turned up! I have rung 6 times and they said I would get a phone call back and I haven’t... the person I spoke to was quite rude as well! Not happy at all! I just want the bangle to come for my daughter!”
