“Brought a bee 🐝 necklace as a Christmas gift for my mom. From looking at other gold styles I decided to order from Personalised Jewellery as in my opinion it was the nicest I'd seen, lovely detail and so I'm sure my mom will love it. “I ordered my gift over a month ago and it has not arrived. Royal mail has lost my delivery. I am very disappointed, what is the point of offering an online purchasing service when your delivery is unreliable. I waited both my time and money. Not to even mention the disappointed 11 year old birthday boy who never recieved his gift from his best friend in South Afica.”
