“Little larger than I thought which means it really stands out when you wear it but also that more wording could have fitted on it. But the front etching looks lovely and I like that the condition is on the front although I now wish I’d added medical condition to the wording. But I’ve had many complements. Now just to add some sparkle......”

We do state the measurement of the tag in the listing with an option of 70 free characters engraved on the reverse.

“The bracelet is lovely but I did ask if I could pay extra to have it personalised inside too but never heard anything and it was sent without any communication. A Little disappointing as I’ll have to get it done elsewhere.”

“Giving credit where credit's due. It was good quality sterling silver necklace and clear engraving as requested. My daughter actually loved the necklace. However, very disappointed that I specifically paid £9.99 for next day delivery and was only after I had paid for it that the confirmation email stated it would not be delivered until two days later. When I emailed to complain I felt insulted that I was stupid not to notice this was stated clearly and no one else complained. I was offered a cancellation and refund but by that stage it was too late and if I ordered next day delivery with another company it would still have been delivered too late by then. It's just left be very weary paying for next day delivery in future.”

Sorry but it was stated clearly as best we could that we were not offering next day for that particular day, we put a note on our site and showed the date you would receive it.

“This was bought for My Husdand in memory of his Son . It is a beautiful pendant . My husband it over the moon with it. The only down fall is i ordered it thinking it was one that my husband could put my sons ashes in, but that was entily my mistake . Other than that i would highly recommend these for personalised jewellery . Thank You”
