“Got this for a retirement present of a very special person and it looked fantastic, everyone loved it and wanted to know where I got it from. I managed to fit 9 photos, 6 at the front and 3 at the back and it held it very well. The item is good quality, feels solid and the mechanism very sturdy and easy to set or access. Im recommending it to everyone!!”

I am sorry you have felt it is necessary to leave this feedback, I have just checked your order, you placed an order on the 18th April, at 12.58pm, we dispatched your item on the same day, then you told us the item was faulty, and we asked for emails with photos to show this to us, which you supplied, and then we sent a new item on 23rd April, so in 5 days we turned the order around twice, and we never blocked you on Facebook, we have no reason at all to have done that.
