“I purchased a dog bone ashes charm that came with a necklace and had it engraved with my dogs name and dates for my daughter. Didn’t hold much hope as was very cheap for what they do. But much to my surprise it was absolutely perfect both in quality and experience of ordering. Amazing for the price. Very happy”

“I have ordered from Personalised Jewellery before so knew I would receive a great service. The website is easy to use and has lots of choice. I ordered a 21st birthday gift for my daughter and although I ordered less than a week before her birthday, I received my purchase in time for her birthday and earlier than the given delivery date. “The actual jewellery was excellent but not receiving it on the date they gave and lack of information as to why was disappointing and meant I could not get it in time for the birthday present I had ordered it for.”
