“Quite satisfied with my purchase, although the photograph does not quite convey the tiny opening in the pomander locket. I appreciate the measurements of the entire locket are described but not the central opening. As the whole purpose of the pomander is to insert a perfumed sponge/cotton wool receptacle the tiny opening means the perfumed insert would be minuscule. Other than that the locket itself is quite pretty and the engraving pleasing.”

“Very happy with my bangle. My order was dealt with quick. At first I thought it was too small and didn’t fit, so I emailed to ask if it opens up which they said yes. But didn’t tell me how so I Googled it to find out and once I knew how to open it fitted nicely. A happy customer.”

“A lovely website making it a pleasure to browse. The item I bought was a present and the recipient was absolutely delighted with the quality and finish - it was a piece of engraved silver. I had inadvertently put the wrong delivery address on the order! And this was late Friday night. But it was easy to contact them by email and I although I hoped they would action it on the Monday, I actually received a reply that it had been amended on Sunday evening! Great customer service.”
