“The bottle was returned to Personalised Island itself because of a delivery fault. Because I needed the present at the end of November I already ordered another one. The moment I asked to return or refund they charged me £3... So now I lost my bottle and my money.”

“I would not recommend ordering from this site. I ordered a personalized bottle and paid for next day delivery which cost £9.99!! To not even receive the bottle next day. Customer service team are also very unhelpful.”
