“Perfect for my requirement - I needed a Personal Licence quickly. I've been in the trade 30 years so felt I didn't need a days course and this was ideal. I did a couple of mock exams to make sure I knew the finer details and then the exam online which was easy to set up. I was emailed to confirm that I'd passed, and updated with delivery progress of the certificate. This turned up a couple of weeks later and after a trip to the local District Council and a couple more weeks wait while the council sorted out paperwork, I am now a Personal Licence holder. Thank you for making the process easy and quick!”

“Received login details passed and got the certificate but emailed them on a number of occasions and totally ignored them . If you need support then this is not the best company .”

“Very professional and rigorous overall The training had some spelling mistakes “excemptions” Also I think minimum alcohol was 0.05% in text but 0.5% by narrator and in exam Photo ID instructions could maybe be a little clearer”

“The course and exam was good except I had a slight issue with the software it through me out of the exam when I still had 30minuets remaining. However i still passed”

“I was really impressed with the online exam process, although the course material could have been more detailed, and the mock exam could have included some more questions found in the actual exam, having said that the course material and the mock exam were clear and efficient in their use. I am delighted to have passed.”
