“The course material was broad and it was easy to access time and time again. When ready to take the exam ensure you are in a well lit room with no phones in the room or tvs and lock the door to avoid people coming in. You MUST have a good quality camera to do the exam, a modern day laptop one should be fine. Interesting points worth mentioning are 1) the exam has a different layout to the mock exam, easy to navigate but something you should be aware of so you don't freak out. 2) i like the fact you can go back through each question and review your answers before finally submitting it at the end. 3) i found the questions in the real exam worded in a more complex way than similar questions in the mock 4) Not everything in the exam was covered in the training material although thankfully i knew the answers anyway. 5) i did like the fact that Personal Licence Online Examinations did offer a free retake if you fail the first time... thankfully that wasn't necessary in my case. Overall i would recommend doing your APLH online, it saves time because you don't have to go to a test centre and you can learn at your own pace and then take the exam within 3 months of buying the course. An added bonus is you can take the exam at any point in the day or night and i got my results the next working day and certificate arrived within 7 days.”

“Great communication from the team - quick and clear. Good to be able to study and take exam at your own pace. Not the full five stars as I found some of the messaging within the software itself confusing so failed on a technicality and had to pay for a retake but PLOE were helpful and quick to arrange my resit.”
