“I have used PetLab products for a few years, starting with the enzyme spray which I used when buying our house that had completely soiled carpets and underlay which had to be removed, the concrete underneath had such a bad smell but after using the spray and then sealing the concrete this completely fixed our issue and the only product I could find on the market like this. I’m also a dog sitter so accidents happen every now and then I always keep a concentrate or ready made spray on hand to clean up messes or use in my carpet shampooer. I also use the laundry detergent but have found it’s best to use in addition to another detergent. I’m very happy with the products and highly recommend for anyone with dogs to have on hand for a non-toxic easy to clean solution.”

“I was a bit skeptical about the door mats but thought I'd give them a go. I noticed within the first day a big reduction in the amount of dirt bought into the house. I highly recommend these mats. Unfortunately on the third day my 10 month old puppy decided to destroy the mat. Little turd she is.”

“I bought both the laundry and the stain and odour remover and honestly can’t find another product worth investing in when it comes to pet cleaning. I’m almost out of my stain remover and usually do a surface clean and put some in my mop the entire house smells clean and fresh. It works amazing to eliminate odour especially with our puppy litters. I have been recommending to all my puppy buyers for a safe cleaning alternative that goes the distance. Well worth the investment to a cleaner smelling home.”

“I have purchased both the PetLab Urine Stain & Odour Remover Ready To Use Formula & the concentrate, & The Healthy Habitat Refill Bundle, The PetLab 2L Eco Carpet Cleaner Shampoo, & the Stain & Odour Refill Bundle, and the results of all of these have been absolutely incredible! The urine remover spray totally removed all smell and urine from the carpet, on both new stains and old stains. After a few applications as per instructions on the old stain, and only one required on the new one- the stain was totally clean. After a few days, I then used the Carpet Shampoo in my Bissell carpet shampooer, and it was remarkable! It lifted all the dirt, and removed so much pet hair from the carpet- My carpet smells amazing and fresh! The team at PetLab have been so inredibly helpful with all my email enquiries, with my questions about how best to use the urine stain remover. I am so glad I discovered Pet Lab, and will be definately purchasing more in future! A+++ products and service- thank you team !! -Michelle .”

“I was very reluctant to purchase this but so far so good I think, I've tried it on a couple of accidents from our dachshund, this product worked really well on a few but there was maybe 2 that didn't, it may be a user error, I might not have got all the excess up first before spraying.... Definitely will keep giving it a go though!”

“I found the product leaves a lovely smell around, it sadly does not stop my dog from still going to the same spots contiguously! I spray every day, except when it has rained, then I have to wait for everything to dry around the BBQ tables before respraying. I do go through a lot of spray! My dogs wee does leave a dreadful smell, which thankfully, the spray does help. I will continue to use. Thank you.”

“Ordering is simple. Large variety of products to suit specific needs. Delivery quick. I’ve used the enzyme spray and a spot cleaner and floor cleaner (mop and bucket) and it has dramatically decreased the number of accidents. There is no more urine smell. The dogs do not go back t same spot time and time again. It has made life much easier now I’m not coming home from work or waking up in the morning with mess to clean.”

“Have purchased the starter pack and have been using for the last 30 days. I have two Frenchies who unfortunately still persist on peeing in the same areas. The cleaner smells great ....I'd rather not be cleaning up pee though.”

Hi Maru, PetLab is not sold as a deterrent however given that it effectively tackles the source of the odour by permanently removing the uric acid crystals it can certainly discourage your pets from returning to a spot when they're following a scent. However, if there are behavioural issues attached to peeing indoors, I would suggest seeking some advice from your vet. Thanks for taking the time to give us feedback. All the very best!

“I can not speak highly enough of all the PetLab products. They really do work as promoted. I am a dog minder & also have an old incontinent rescue pooch. I honestly dont know how I would cope without the floor cleaner in particular. Worth every scent!! Don't hesitate.”

“Love this product for disinfecting my sink, benches & cupboards of pet meal messes. Smells great, cleans easily & value for money too. “Petlab smells amazing! I had a dog who couldnt help weeing on the tiles. He was old and had arthritis so he couldnt get through the doggy door. I mopped this once with petlab and the smell has helped so much!! Its amazing!!”
