“I like the products as have purchased previously however I am still waiting for my order after 3 weeks. I have contacted the customer service through email twice and still haven’t even had a response. Very disappointed.”

“We just had a litter of puppies so our whole house smelled of wee-soaked newspaper. Added to that, we have fake grass outside. We got some 3-in-1 and boom! You'd never know we even had pets. And it lasts with the fake grass too, even after rain. Great product, quick delivery - I won't use anything else.”

“I have the Urine Stain & Odour Remover + Healthy Habitat Disinfectant and Eco Laundry Liquid which have all been godsends. They do an amazing job, smell fantastic and are eco friendly. The customer service is also exemplary. I'm so glad I discovered The Petlab, it's been a life changer.”

“I have an older dog that can't always make it outside in time, so we have the occasional accident & this spray is brilliant, takes the smell & stain away. Would definitely recommend.”

“Very happy with the product. We have 2 kittens that are currently learning to toilet train so we've had a few accidents on the floor and rug. This product helped with the cleanup and got rid of any lingering odours. We have been using it for their outdoor cage to keep that smelling clean as well. Great smell too!”

“I placed a order on 26th Nov. I am still waiting for it. I contacted the company on 9th asking for an ETA. I got a reply on the 11th apologising & advising they would look into it. Still waiting for a reply. It is now the 18th Dec. Poor customer service. After writing my review I recieved a credit back to my account & an email asking me to revise my review. This is my feedback & my experience. Good or bad.”

“Does it remove the smell and some of the stains? Yes! However, when following instructions to the letter, the product leaves an oily residue on tiles even after allowing it time to dry overnight. Tested product on different tiles in different houses to check it wasn’t a once off. After re-mopping multiple times after only one application of a small mist to the tiles at both houses, we are still slipping over days later. Would not recommend to eldery/young children unsteady on their feet for this reason.”

“My little Millie has taken to weeing in several spots on my rug. Every product has failed except Pet lab. With spraying every few days the odour has pretty much almost gone and she has stopped weeing on my rug.”

“These guys answer any questions you may have very quickly. They get your orders dispatched fast. I'm now a repeat customer. Love their dog mats and the drying towel, if our dog gets wet the first thing we do is get her to sit on the mat then we run for the towel, love them. Have just ordered another mat and the disinfectant and when the laundry detergent is restocked I will order it. Thanks PetLab you are doing a great job.”

“This will be my second purchase of this product. It did not stop my two Cavoodles from peeing in the house, but it has reduced the problem. It’s also another layer of hygiene as the enzymes claim to destroy the urine crystals.”
