“I have 2 miniature Dachshunds that keep peeing on my carpet rug. I shampooed the rug twice, but it still smelt like dig pee!! I sprayed the rug with Petlab once, and now my rug smells lovely and fresh! I love Petlab and I will definitely be passing on the good news of how good this product is.”

“I am impressed with the effectiveness of the Odour Eliminator and the Healthy Home cleaner. The odour product if the first and only product I have found so effective at removing odour and stains from all types of surfaces (and I have used all on the market since 1998) . Both products are not over perfumed but leave a slight vanilla scent which is not irritating to humans or dogs. I can highly recomment.”

“Thank you Pet Lab for your wonderful product. I have 2 indoor cats and a small dog who all have allocated litter areas in our house. I didn't think I could continue to have a pee mat inside the house for the dog until I discovered this amazing product, not only does it work incredibly well and smell pretty good. It also is all-natural and doesn't harm the environment, which is #1 for me when it comes to purchasing anything. I absolutely love this product and would highly recommend it! In fact it would be my only recommendation for what it does!”

“Great product, I’ve been really surprised as I’ve been using another brand for years with really average results. It’ never totally got rid of the smell & the products odor wasn’t helping any either. I figured I’d try pet lab not really believing it would help but after a week of spraying the cat wee smell is gone & the product leaves a lovely scent behind. I couldn’t more highly recommend this product.”

“Didn't work for us. Bought a house that was built 5 years ago. They had artificial grass installed 2 years ago. When we moved in we noticed a distinct smell of urine when the grass was hot or wet. Researched how to get rid of it and saw this had rave reviews so we decided to just splash out and try it as our first attempt rather than trying cheaper methods. We have applied it 3 times now and have ran out of the product. Our grass is 4x6m and it used 2 1litre spray bottles per attempt per solution. It smells ok after application but the next day back to the smell of urine. I emailed to ask for advice before we tried our last attempt as knew we were running out of product, with a detailed description of how we had tried each attempt ... got a generic response saying have we used both solutions etc etc (I clearly stated I had been). Eventually was offered to speak to an "expert" over the phone about it... I told them the hours in which I could be contacted. A Week later I got a phone call bang in the middle of the times I couldn't be contacted (at work) . Tried ringing back later and no response. I gave it another month to see if it made any difference and applied our last of the solution last week. It made no difference. Couldn't be bothered with trying to return it as you have to send the stuff back and we bought the package with the spray bottle. Not worth the hassle trying to ship it back from WA so decided to just take the 100 dollar hit and try something else now. I don't recomend this for anyone that is in a similar situation to us.”

“This product is a life saver. Since it's been raining for almost a month now, everytime our pet goes out n comes in there's the wet dog smell. With this product our tiled floors and rugs smell beautiful. We're very happy with this and will buy again asap.”
