“Item never arrived sadly had to ask for refund. They blamed courier service. Was well over a month until I questioned them about it. Would have been nice them to contact me and talk me about the delay especially being a small family business customer service is everything”

“Our dogs had been “toileting” on our outside wood decks for years when it rains and no matter what I’d tried, nothing got rid of the smell which seeped into the wood. The PetLab disinfectant cleaner has got rid of the urine smells after using this consistently. It makes our outside decks smell clean and fresh. In conjunction with the PetLab anti-odour spray our dogs have been discouraged from going on the decks.”

“Seriously, the best product I ever tried. My puppy is being toilet trained wee on his astroturf mat most of the time and sometimes miss and wee on my balcony… even after cleaning, I could smell the urine on my balcony and house. This product works!! My puppy mat & balcony do not stink wee anymore, even better they smell amazing. ❤️”

“Wow, this doormat is just amazing! I had to clean floor everyday because of my dog's print paws. I put the mat next to the petwindow and now there is no dust, mud or water at all! It saved me lots of cleaning work. Glad that I found this PetLab doormat. Thank you so much!”

“So glad I found this product. Having tried others that make similar claims, I am so happy to have found a product that does everything it claims. Not only does it eliminate urine smells (even stinky boy cat smells), but it discourages them from repeat offending. I wish I could give this 100 stars! The customer service is also worth mentioning as worthy of 100 stars too. An all-round winner!”

“I am SO thankful for this product! Our puppies had a couple of accidents inside on our lounge and rug and I was finding it very difficult to get rid of the strong urine smell. This stuff has COMPLETELY removed every bit of odour and staining. It's a miracle! This should be given to every new pet owner - it's a life saver.”

“Pet stain and odor remover that actually works! We have tried many store-bought sprays, only to be disappointed again and again. We have cats and dogs, and with a puppy who is being toilet trained, and a cat who sprays, we frequently need products like this. This will be the only product of many I will buy from now on! It works well on stains and odors and leaves a refreshing scent. Well worth the money, and I am also happy to be supporting a small business!”

“I purchased the Petlab Urine Stain & Odour Remover Ready To Use Formula for use on my carpet, where one of my cats has had some "accidents". Although I haven't used it on my carpet yet, I actually decided to try it on our back veranda which our resident possums use as a runway to get onto the roof each night to go about their evening business, but in the process can often leave a lot of feces and urine. I was extremely impressed that without any scrubbing or effort on my part, the Petlab managed to clean up a lot of the stains. I had to spray some of the worst spots 4 times but it was so worth it.”
