“Great smelling product that helps with the cleaning of artificial grass used by 2 cavoodles. Once a week treatment with both products helps control the bad odour that can take over the back yard.”

“Petlab is fantastic! We’ve got artificial grass and with our labrador picking a favourite spot to use as a toilet, petlab removed every trace of a smell and disinfected the area!”

“I tried the stain and odour remover awhile ago and found it an excellent product. I needed more after an unexpected addition to our fur family and tried a different product from our local pet store which I found very inferior to pet lab. I have just ordered more pet lab and from now on it is the only product I will use”

“I bought the Odour Remover and Disinfectant starter pack and when it arrived I INSTANTLY regretted my decision to not buy the bigger sized bottles. The Odour Remover is the best (and smells amazing). After getting our puppy I was washing my floors multiple times per day due to "accidents" but still the house had that pee smell. One application of the Odour Remover and the smell is completely gone. I will be ordering again soon (and adding the laundry detergent as well).”

“Great service, very quick and on time deliveries. Products are second to none. I've been using them for approximately 2 years now. I have x2 maltese and a small courtyard of artificial grass. The products for outdoors work extremely well. The indoor cleaning products for both pet accidents and general cleaning are excellent, no strong chemical smells so great to use if you have children as well.”

“This product actually works, it instantly dissipates urine odour rapidly. I particularly appreciate this because the area where my dog urinates is enclosed with limited ventilation. I would recommend this product highly to anyone with dogs”

“Love my doggo’s, but their wee can be an issue wether their make or female. The smell can be terrible, but not anymore. Since discovering PetLab our deck has retained its sparkle with the stain remover and the fake grass no longer smells. We have several different PetLab products and have nothing but praise for them all. A definite buy and absolutely worth the money.”

“Must say .. no other product compares. I have a 16 year old dog who very frequently forgets that he should not pee indoors. This product works. The odour is completely neutralised and the stain almost disappears. We have a rattan style rug so unfortunately the colour of this is affected but the woollen rug cleans very well.”

“I am so impressed with my paw print mat. It captures the dirt better than any other mat I've ever had and is non-slip on my shiny tiles. An added bonus is the fact that it's machine washable. I have now ordered the extra large size for my back door too!”

“Wouldn't be without the Healthy habitat and Stain and odour remover. With a dog and 2 cats indoors, there's bound to be little accidents. Not a problem with these products! I recently purchased a pet broom for my wooden floors and rugs. Wow, it scared me by how much it can sweep up. I now realise my daily sweep was probably not doing such a great job. Highly recommend their products.”

“Amazed! Wish I had known of Petlab when my dog was a puppy, and didn't respond to housetraining for sooo long, carpet stains everywhere, couldn't get them out. Was on the brink of replacing it, but petlab got all the old stains out, in one application. Nice fragrance too. Still have the odd misdemeanours inside with my small dog, but Petlab sorts that instantly. Excellent product! 👍”

“Absolutely fantastic! I have 4 cats, all litter trained but when my daughter visited with her dog( a just want to be friends Kelpie😀) the cats were a bit weary to start with. Which meant they stayed in my room area, and had an accident. I could not believe how this works. You’ve done the research and found a way to take the smell away! It’s amazing! I’ll be sticking with Petlab from now on! And so happy to support a small Australian business that deliver what they say they will. “I bought the spray to use on my leather couch that the cat had used for a toilet. There was no damage to the leather. It took two applications, as there was a lot of wee on the couch. But it worked.”
