“I am happy with the product but not happy with you taking out another payment for another bottle that I did not order. I have sent an email to you to discontinue any further orders. I did not sign up for auto delivery .”

“I have just come across this amazing product, I have a boutique cattery which in some parts has artificial grass that is used by my cats and dogs. I have started using the outdoor turf disinfectant along with the stain and oder remover and the combination is great. What I do like is it smells lovely and dose not irate my furry babies in anyway. Highly recommend this product I give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Well the Good News is the "E.N.Zyme Solution Stain and Odour Remover" Works extremely well. Better than ay other similar things and much better value. The Bad News is the 1 Ltr spray bottle is a disaster. The nozzle is either On or Off and in On it shoots a jet not a spray also the suction/pick up is a bit intermittent. I now use you product is an emptied Spray bottle from an opposition product ! So five stars for the product and 1 star for the spray bottle ?Test one yourselves ?”

“The cleaning products does the job, the scent is quite pleasant. If there was one thing to improve, it would be the spray nozzle quality. One of mine doesnt spray well . Also it doesnt tighten well onto the bottle, I've had the nozzle slip off and the liquid spill. It was a waste.”

“Pretty annoying due to lack of customer service. I ordered two loads of the outdoor disinfectant cleaner and accidentally it put my shipping address to my old address. I then emailed three times and called the support line asking for it to be changed Tommy new address. Didn’t hear back at all but instead got inundated with promotion emails. Trying to get my original order back now and still have had no response from PetLab. Not great service”

“I love this stuff. I have a naughty 6 yo boy beagle who likes to claim ownership of all my furniture. Once I spray this cleaner on the spot he doesn’t pee on it again. Amazing. I’m finally winning the war. Highly recommend it.”

“Pet friendly and effective cleaner. Leaves everything from floor to couches to the air clean and fresh. My kitten isn't disturbed by the smell and it is reassuring knowing it will not be harmful for my kitten. We found the Habitat spray effective on our rugs and couches as well to freshen them up and removing any odours. Easy application for a quick clean up as well to small areas. We love it!”

“i am very happy with this product - i have two cats who are generally very good when it comes to using their litter box - there are still times when there are "wee" incidents & i have found petlab products to be excellent at dealing with eliminating resulting odours & more importantly the enzyme treatment discourages my cats from repeating the behaviour in the same spot - highly recommend petlab products”

“Love your product. I brought the 5 liters of urine cleaner. Your price is wonderful and have passed it onto other people with puppies. A must have for any doggy household. The smell is lovely. I will definatly love to try your fake grass cleaner as I have my pups use fake grass to eliminate on outside mt laundry door and needs some TLC. So once I can afford to I will be shopping with you once again. Thankyou for wonderful products🐶”
