"Delivery times and customer service have deteriorated since they were taken over by Pet Spectrum Group. Last delivery took over 2 weeks, one package was damaged beyond use, and PS customer service took over a week to respond. They do have a phone number (if you search hard) but they don't answer. I suspect they simply don't have enough staff to support the level of business, or to respond when things go wrong."

"I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. My supplement order just arrived, the container is split and the powder is all over the delivery box, and now all over the floor. The delivery box is in perfect condition, so they have sent me out a damaged product. Not looking forward to trying to get a refund\/replacement."

Ordered urinary cat food at a good price on 17th October and it was delivered today (28 October) possibly due to driver shortages. After reading the negative feedback I was worried but I am happy with my order.
