“Fun was had until we smelled straight fish and thought one of us had something. Took us a solid 10 minutes to realize it was the petals that smelt like they came straight out of the ocean.”

“I have never written a review for a purchase, but the outstanding customer service has compelled me to write one now. I ordered several organza and silk bags, unfortunately one set of bags was sent to me in the wrong size. I emailed customer service to explain I needed them soon and received the correct size bags in less than twenty-four hours. If Petal Garden shows this level of customer service to such an inconsequential order, I imagine any customer, especially a bride-to-be will be thrilled with the experience of dealing with them. A bonus was that the quality of the bags was as exceptional as the customer service.”

“Great company . Delivered promptly . Quality products . When the wedding coordinator forgot to spread out the rose petals down the aisle the company accepted the return deducting a 20% restocking fee and refunded me the rest . Thank you”

We are very sorry they didn't arrive in time for your wedding. I saw you ordered on a Friday morning and selected "UPS Next Day Air (1 business day)". We shipped on Friday within hours of your order coming in, however, UPS only counts weekdays for their transit, so your order was delivered on Monday.

“Based on reviews, I ordered rose petals from Petal Garden. We needed them for the flower girl. The communication from Petal Garden was excellent and they let me know when they would ship the petals based on the wedding date and our departure. The petals came nicely packaged with storage instructions. They were perfect on the wedding day and I have already recommended Petal Garden to a friend. Thank you for your excellent customer service and product!”

“The navy blue was a very nice dark tone. I worried it would be faded or just not dark enough. If only they provided more petals for the price. Our flower girl may run out of petals before she’s done walking down the aisle with 2 bags of petals.”

“I ordered 5 cups of white, freeze dried petals. They came VERY timely and packed extremely well. In fact, I did not allow enough time because I almost forgotten about them! But Petal Garden processed and shipped them immediately. I would order from them again and highly recommend them!”

“This is a great company, very professional and very dependable. We ordered some freeze-dried petals in advance, then decided we needed more within 10 days of the event. There was no problem, except they didn't have enough of the one color we ordered. They immediately let us know and offered a solution that we were happy with. And we got everything within a few days.”
