“Order arrived the day of the wedding, an hour before the ceremony. We were told it would arrive on Thursday. I wouldn’t place an order here unless you love last minute stress or have a backup plan like we did!”

I am so sorry the US Postal Service didn't deliver your order on their estimated delivery date. While your order did arrive within the Standard 4-9 day shipping method you selected, which is our lowest cost method, any of our other available shipping methods would have arrived earlier. I know you were trying to get delivery as close as possible to your event date at the lowest shipping cost, but the great thing about our freeze dried rose petals is that you can order well in advance to avoid situations just like this. When ordering so close to your wedding date, we always recommend our Express shipping option for only $9.99 on this order.

“They were not real rose petals and they stunk. Waste of money”

You are correct, the Silk Rose Petals you ordered are not real rose petals as they are made from fabric. I am sorry if you overlooked that in the title and description. They do, however, look very realistic, so just looking at the photos I could see how you would think they are real. In fact, petals from your same batch of Red were used in the Jennifer Lopez premiere just this week. You can see how they look here: https://people.com/jennifer-lopez-ben-affleck-attend-premiere-this-is-me-now-8580289 They used over 100,000 of our red silk rose petals, the same petals that we use in our silk petal and candle packages. Since they are fabric, they don't smell like roses, which is why we include rose scented candles.

I am sorry to hear you cannot locate your petals. Your tracking shows they were directly delivered to an individual at your address on Tuesday. We emailed further details to assist with finding your petals, but it is not unusual to find someone else in the household accepted them and set them aside.

“I set the petals in the bathroom with the door shut while my husband took a very long shower. I removed the petals after the shower like the instructions said. They stayed dry. Even after I sprinkled them, they never were moist like real flowers. When people accidentally stepped on them, they crushed and were dry. Very disappointing.”

I am so sorry to hear you were disappointed that your freeze dried rose petals were dry and did not soften as much as you were hoping. While the care instructions we include with your petals list steps to help them become slightly softer, we do note they will not become as soft as a fresh petal. I am glad you were able to use them, on an aisle they look exactly like fresh petals, so softening isn't necessary. The freeze dried petals will break when stepped on, but that is a benefit for most venues as fresh petals will crush and bruise when stepped on, causing them to be slippery and stain.
