“I spent ages reading all the information ln the website ,but I still found it difficult to make the choice for my grandchildren. I phoned the contact number, spoke to Cate who advised me, and even advised against a purchase. Her advise came from her experience and was most helpful My purchase arrived promptly, her advise was right , now I just can't wait to see my granddaughter opening her box with the beautiful doll.”

“I would highly recommend Petalina. I came across the website when I was searching for a particular doll that my daughter saw in Spain. The doll arrived, beautifully packaged, and it is beautiful. I had called Petalina with a query and experienced 5 star customer service. I will most certainly be purchasing from them again!”

“For some years now I have been buying dolls, their clothes, furniture accessories etc from Petalina. I wouldn't buy these items from anywhere else. A very comprehensive selection of lovely products Whenever I've had a query etc, Cate has always been quick to explain or advice. Irene Evans”

“Their site is intuitive and their stock is amazing. The guides on dolls, as a mother of a girl after three boys, was invaluable. I would have chosen a bigger heavier doll without the buying guides. As it is, I have the most beautiful small baby doll, with lovely brown eyes for my adopted daughters Christmas. She is obviously high quality and I am so pleased I persevered and didn’t just buy one of the dolls from high street toy shops. There is really no comparison. She came beautifully wrapped in tissue, and arrived promptly. I now need to set to work and sew her a wardrobe and some bedding! Many thanks!”

“I have long been admiring Bonnie and Pearl’s Beatrice doll. I recently decided to order her from Petalina. What a wonderful experience! The website is comprehensive and simple to navigate. Ordering was simple. Prices are fair. Shipping and communication were top notch. The doll is indeed lovely and a very nice quality. A perfect transaction from start to finish. I will definitely look to Petalina first for all my doll needs.”

“After hearing about this website through a friend I was extremely impressed with the products available. My little girl has been asking for a pony for Christmas and there was a good selection of pony’s to chose from. After ordering we received our parcel quickly and we were thrilled at the quality of the pony. I can’t wait for Christmas morning when she finally sees it. “In my experience Petalina is by far the best doll retailer in terms of customer service, personal touch and attention to detail. They are always very helpful on the phone and are happy to spend time with you to help you choose the right doll. I've been buying from them for the last 5 or 6 years and always had a great service. Cate personally inspects all the dolls so you can always be sure that there will be no problems like shedding wigs, etc because all dolls are thoroughly checked.”

“I wanted a specific doll for my granddaughter. I tried to buy one in Harrods but they could not supply one with the blue eyes, dark hair combination I was looking for. Petalina had the exact doll I wanted and at a very good price. The web site is easy to use and the doll arrived well packaged and delivery was very prompt. Can't ask for much more than that.”

“I ordered Precious Day Jesica for my granddaughter on 30th November ... It was dispatched same day and delivered on 1st December to the Highlands of Scotland... Very impressed with the service. The doll and clothes are exceptional. Doll is even better than in the video. I would recommend looking through the video they gave good insight as to what the doll will look like and what age suitable for. I am absolutely delighted with my purchase and can't wait to see my granddaughters face when she opens the parcel. Looking forward to a lovely memory.”
