Excellent service from salesman Gareth ,I can't fault his attention, he explained everything very well nothing was to much bother. I received a call from him a few days after I bought the car to see how I was getting on thought that was very nice. On the day, the car I purchased unfortunately was on the forecourt next to a red blow up effigy , the noise coming from the motor which ran it made the most horrendous noise, that and a speaker behind it belting out music made it impossible to have a conversation, why do you need them? We went in the showroom to look at the same model as it was quieter. Yes it was quite a warm day but the temperature inside was awful, I actually felt sick it was so hot. When Gareth showed me his computer screen to look at sales options I couldn't read it because of the glare. Can't you put blinds up? I felt sorry for your staff working in such conditions. Overall pleased with car and service from Gareth but the noise and heat could be looked at.

Paul gave me excellent customer service. Lovely professional welcome from reception. Beverages were supplied by very friendly staff. Nothing was a problem. Would recommend to anyone.

This has to be the most sinister experience I've ever had when car searching. I thought I'd landed in a Bond villain's evil lair, even to the point of a slimeball interrupting my discussion with the salesperson to introduce himself as Peter Vardy. I won't be back in case I don't get out alive...

Due to difficulties we had to deal with multiple members of staff, all of whom were very helpful and very well informed. There was a slight problem with the delivery of the vehicle but they went above and beyond to help us and make it as easy as possible.

upon arrival at the garage I was made to feel welcome from the minute I stepped out my car to the day I collected my new car, a big thanks to all the managers in the branch who helped me find the perfect car and a great effort from the salesman Jason who was very knowledgeable about the specific model I chosen and very warming throughout the whole process I would and have recommended this dealership to friends and family

Very welcoming on first attending the showroom. Jason Watson took time to show me around the car I was interested in and he was able to answer all questions with ease. His manners were impeccable and his approach was warming. Quickly arranged test drive and nothing seemed to be a problem. Once the decision to buy was made, the paperwork side of things was quick and painless. I would thoroughly recommend this Showroom.

Very friendly staff, I loved the fact that every time I was there someone made me a cup of tea. I also appreciated how understanding Susan was during my test drive about the fact I hadn't driven for a while. My one criticism is that I would have liked to have been told the history of the car I was buying. Or if that wasn't know, to be told that too. Aside from this I was very happy with my experience and I would recommend Peter Vardy to others.

Was delighted that upon arriving at the store I wasn't immediately approached buy salespersons, although they were in the immediate area, I was given the opportunity to browse amongst the vehicles (very off putting when pounced upon when you first enter, and certainly a factor in leaving every other car showroom and continuing my purchase with vardy) and when I showed a keen interest in one Robert Roy kindly introduced himself and offered assistance which I accepted. Robert was informative and answered any questions I asked and if he was unsure sought after the correct information. Delighted with his actions and performance throughout the sale and purchase of my vehicle, he produced the vehicle in the specification and price I was after. Laura was the colleague who was responsible for the handover of my new purchase, her fluidity and knowledge of the transaction made for an enjoyable and happy experience. I would like to add that the staff on duty at the cafe were extremely friendly and helpful and served each customer quickly and were very attentive to the needs of customers and where appropriate with small children. Overall I would encourage and direct anyone I know to visit your dealership in Motherwell.

Staff I dealt with in showroom were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, on collecting the car, there was a very noticeable black mark on the middle of the bonnet, so we had to go back in a few days later to get it re-sprayed. Also there was an issue with the MOT certificate. Someone copied down the wrong mileage from the service book. So we're stuck with a certificate that says Jan 14- 70000 miles then Aug 14- 14000 miles!! Apparently you cannot get a new one issued.

I must write to tell you that through my car buying experience this is the best service I have ever had. The sales assistant Declan Hattie was very informative and his sales manager Mark McGown,very help full. It seems a very happy place to work and when phoning from the first girl who answered the phone to the girl at the parts department they were excellent. Finally when we went to pick the car up linda made sure everything was ready and in order. Peter Vardy car sales, all staff we'll done and thanks again.

I had a wonderful experience whilst purchasing my new car from Peter Vardy. The sales person Daine Jack was outstanding. Her knowledge and guidance from the intiial meeting right through to the sale was excellent. She was not pushy at any point and was extremly knowegable about the product and about the overall procedure. I have written to her managing director to say how impressed I was. I will certainly be recomending my friends and family. I still cannot believe I drove my new car out of the garage on the same day as entering with my old vehicle. Pamela Mcmichan

I spoke with the sales person on the Friday and he informed me that the car was ready and had gone through the workshop but there was a issue with the no plate ?? When I checked the PDI sheet it showed that the car was only done on the following Tuesday ! He lied and now I don't believe anything they said about the plate delay. Collected the car on the Wednesday and the weather was poor. Washed the car down the next day. The car has never been cleaned correctly or waxed. The sales person had to take the car away and have the windscreen cleaned after the hand over. I have purchased 3 new car before and cant believe that Peter Vardy get away with this kind of service. I will be making public the shocking service I have received. STILL HAVE NOT HAD A RESPONSE. CAR WILL BE CLEANED BY THIRD PARTY AND THE BILL WILL SENT TO VAUXHALL. PETERY VARDY PROMOTE A FANCY SERVICE BUT ONCE YOU HAVE COLLECTED YOUR CAR THE SERVICE IS SHOCKING,
