“Trying to buy a new 235i at near £40k couldn't get a response, called dealer who told me salesman away and would get back to me. Business manager couldn't be bothered neither could the salesman on the other end of the phone. The original salesman never did get back to me.
5 emails, 2 phone calls and many broken promises.
What do you have to do to get some sort of customer service.”

“Our sales experience was good, but on the day of the handover I received a call an hour before I was due to be there saying my car wouldn't be ready (didn't have the V5 so couldn't tax it?!) I asked for it to be sorted ASAP and I got a call an hour later saying it was ready! Confused as to what happened.
Then when I went to pick it up the actual handover took almost 2 hours (ridiculous). My car mats were missing and took 20 minutes for the guy to locate, then I found scratches on the door handles of my brand new car! I now need to arrange for it to go in to the body shop. Not the best experience I've had.”
