On completion of sale and exchanging cars all went smoothly and quickly but in this case I was down sizing and was to get money back as my old car was worth more than my new one. This was done a week ago today and I still do not have the money in my account from Peter Vardy for my old car. This should really have gone through on the same day as my car was handed in but still waiting. Very disappointed.”
