“Have only given a normal score as I am very disappointed in the service i have received. There has been a catalogue of issues that I have had to deal with and these are detailed below.
I wasnt offered a test drive of the vehicle.
When i went to collect the vehicle there was an issue with the road tax.
There was no MOT certificate with the vehical and it took over a week for this to arrive.
No one looked over the vehicle with me.
There was no spare wheel with the vehicle, and after i was told it was in and went to collect it, it turned out to be the wrong size of wheel.
A couple of days after i picked up the car a wheel hub fell off. This has now been replaced.
I have tried at least six times to speak to a manager but still waiting.
The boot shelf didnt have wires to allow it to raise when the boot was opened.
The forms detailing your three and five year service plans all had the wrong mileage intervals on them.
I feel a company such as Vardy's should conduct their business much more professionally than this. My car should have been ready for the road and all the documentation should have been in place prior to me picking it up. I also feel i should have been given the courtesy of being allowed to speak to a manager to air my concerns.
I am sorry to be negative but in light of the above I am sure you understand the reasons why this review is so negative.
