As has happened on previous occasions when I've traded-in my Car with you once the transaction was completed you seem to loose interest.
On this occasion I cancelled the existing Service Plan on my previous car in favour of a new Service Plan for my new one. When no word came through on my new Service Plan I contacted the Salesman concerned (Alan Mcculloch) who suggested that it had got lost in the system; he was, however, able to provide substitute paper-work.
Let's hope that I have better luck if and when I trade-in another car with you!!

“Went into Dalgety Bay showroom on a Saturday morning, explained to staff what I was looking for, finances, etc, bought a low mileage ex-demo and picked it up six days later. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I would certainly do business with them again.”
“A wholly unsatisfactory experience when ordering my new Landrover Defender. Informed on the day prior to delivery that wrong car had been ordered. Provided with a courtesy car but had to pay the equivalent of a years insurance premium to drive it for four months. Had to compromise on specification of car and now paying more monthly than originally budgeted.
Charged £60 for fuel and tank just over half full on delivery when a full tank costs £40 at the pump. An experience never to be repeated!”

“The service provided by the salesman during the sales process was excellent, as was the hand over of the vehicle.
One point which I have to mention though - five days after receiving the car, I noticed damage to the side wall of the front passenger tyre. The outer layer has a tear approx. two inches long. This had occurred prior to the tyre being prepared. On reporting this back to the dealership, it was examined by the Techs and was confirmed as being to an acceptable safe standard. I also got an independent inspection from an MOT station, who advised that the tyre would pass an MOT. However, they were surprised that the car had been sold with a tyre in this condition. Whilst I am happy with car, the tyre damage is significant and concerns me. The fact that there was no offer to change the tyre by the dealership was disappointing. I would appreciate your feedback on this.”
“On picking up my car there were no car mats in it even though I had actually paid for them and I had to then show the salesman the invoice to verify this. When I got home I looked at the dashboard and was shocked to see that the car had actually done 7000 miles more than on my paper work. On the second day of having the car I have discovered a noise coming from the front driver side wheel.
Then to add insult your sales manager tried to say that I knew the car was being driven for the past 2 weeks before I got it but as a good will gesture he offered me £200”
