“I was charged for £20 of fuel which was meant to be put into the car prior to me collecting. When I collected the car it had the same amount of fuel in it as when I test drove it. When I questioned it I was told that they were sure there was fuel put in it. I emailed my salesman and I have had no reply”

“Customer service is excellent. I was attended by Ryan Fitzpatrick, I've got a black Astra that I saw in your website Ryan told me that this car wasn't in Aberdeen, it was in Motherwell. I've asked Ryan if it was the same as the one in the website and he said yes, although I didn't see the car I decided to buy it anyway, I never notice this at first sight but I realised that the wheels alloys are not the same as pictured, I tried to call a few times but no one picked the phone up. a bit disappointed with this to be honest however I think it is to late as I could easily come back personally the day after.
Apart from that I'm happy with the service I've received.”
