“We phoned about a vehicle we had seen in Motherwell and were told they could arrange for it to be taken to Perth for us to have a look - not long after that Gary from Perth phoned to introduce himself as a contact for us. Myself and my partner talked about it overnight and decided this car was what we were looking for so phoned and asked if it could be reserved for us and taken through to Perth, unfortunately we had missed the deadline for transportation and it wouldn't be in Perth until Monday. We were hoping it would have arrived in Perth that day - Gary said he would speak to his Manager and see if there was anything they could do - he came back to us saying that one of the Team would go through and pick it up for us that day and would be back later that afternoon. We managed to get a friend to take us down the same afternoon and the car was seen by us and bought the very same day - great big thank you to Gary and the Peter Vardy Team for their attention. We are very happy with the car.”

Only to get there and told it sold the day before .I spent 3 hours in the showroom with the salesman who did everything he could to find me something else I liked .which was a tough job due to my disappointment .if it wasn't for having a great and patient salesman I would have rated my experience a lot lower.”
“On purchase of the vehicle I was misled about the servicing package I was told as was displayed on the vehicle windscreen there would be two years free servicing when I asked about It I was told it will be included after I paid the cash and when I come to collect the car. I was also disappointed that the handover was done by someone else and not even given some sort of receipt for handing over the mobility car to confirm it was in good condition or even a mileage check on it. Plus the background music was a bit too loud inside the building for comunicating”
“I HAVE DEALT WITH PETER VARDY PERTH FOR YEARS NOW AND HAVE ALWAYS FOUND THEM VERT HELPFUL AND COURTIOUS. ALAN THAT ATTENDED US WAS VERY HELPFUL IN ACCOMMODATING ALL MY NEEDS AS I DIDNT WANT SPORT SEATS, I NEEDED A BOOT LARGE ENOUGH TO ACCOMMODATE MY SCOOTER ALSO THE TYPE OF CAR I WANTED.
