“when I received the car I was disappointed to find after signing all paperwork . to find that their were no parking sensors and also no armrest in between drivers and passengers side.i thought going for an upgrade that I would get the same as my last car. I was very disappointed especially when I have been a valuable customers over the years. the Vauxhall zaphira is great to drive but if I had known that the car didn't have the sensors or armrest I wouldn't have taken it.i went back to dalgety bay to pick up a pastel shelf and mentioned this to alex who sold me this he said he could change car for me but it would cost a bit more I told him not to bother.i am not one for complaining but I should have been told about the sensors and armrest many thanks ivor murray.”
