Due to the end of a sales month staff were extremely busy, however that did not take the shine of my purchase experience.
The valet was not as high a standard as I expected or liked. I sent my new (used) car to a valeting team to be cleaned properly.
I have identified faults on the car e.g heater not working correctly, I wrongly thought a pre-handover inspection would have identified this. However the salesman Gary has assured me this will be fixed.”
“When we went to pick up the car there was a scratch on the bonnet that was meant to be fixed but it looked like it had just been filled with tipex when we brought it to the manager he said it looked fine but it wasn't so we are waiting for it to be resprayed and the car was not washed when we asked about the mess of the car we were told it must have got dirty when they went for petrol”

We were met at the Train Station by a Peter Vardy representative, upon arrival at the dealership we met up with Gary Ballentine who went through all the necessary paperwork which only involved a couple of signatures, the vehicle was as described, it was taxed, and had a current MOT, I had pre signed a form to give permission for the Dealership to Tax the car on my behalf, I arranged my own insurance but was offered Seven day insurance cover if required. I have been very pleased with the car and would certainly have no reservations on purchasing a car from Peter Vardy in future.”
