Didn't really make me happy as such but service was what I would have expected when purchasing a new car.

Staff were friendly and attentive. Minor damage to the bodywork of the car was fixed to an excellent standard prior to completion of the sale. While an MOT was not completed as expected, they were most accommodating in offering to arrange one as soon as possible at no cost.

Always treated nicely but always room for improvement. Got asked when I went to collect car if I wanted to be part of the Facebook page but it never materialisedid. Not that bothered though

'Peter Vardy' did not make me happy. Had I been clear about the requirements for the 'infotainment' centre in the car I bought, I would either not have bought it or would have fought harder for a reduction in the monthly payments. Although the salesperson who dealt with me did 'respond' to my requests and, on one occasion, my angry frustration because of the 'infotainment' centre, ie sourcing a 'jack to usb' lead; suggesting that I bring the car in and speak to someone in the service section, I really felt that there was a lack of appreciation of the fact that I now had a car and could not play music on it or do anything apart from listen to the radio. I did appreciate the time the technician gave me to check things out, however, I was left with the situation that I had a car with no jack point or CD Player. Despite the 'jack to usb' lead, my perfectly good MP3 player did not play through the 'infotainment' centre; I also could not use my equally good tablet to access systems on the 'infotainment' system. I have had to buy a memory stick and am now in the process of having to transfer music from CDs to the memory stick in order to listen music. The 'jack to usb' lead which was sourced for me did not arrive for several weeks and I bought one for myself but it has not been possible to play music from my MP3 player. I have now upgraded my phone to 'lollipop' and this has allowed me to access Android Auto. As you can understand, I am not 'happy' and had I known this, my decision about the car would have been completely different.

You didn't really. You sold me a car in which the mileage advertised was 12450 when in fact it was 13086. Which I didn't discover until I drove it away. I had to return with the car two weeks later after developing trouble with the rear brakes. The discs and pads had to be replaced as they were completely done. Not a good advert for Peter Vardy as the car is only two years old.

Salesman good on taking my car home and having a closer look at it I am very disappointed with it, there is dents on both side sills, boot and both bumpers need sprayed, pulled to the left when driving, reversing sensors go off when nothing around me, I can't believe that a car could be sold and let go in such a condition.

Horrible after sales. Bought a used car at Dalgety Bay branch. No MOT certificate, service history book and user manual were given upon delivery. After repeated calls, all I got were empty promises. Not recommended

I was impressed with the effort John Clifford went to make me feel at ease, he collected me and my friend from the airport saving me time and money sorting a taxi, easing me into the test drive, allowing me to check the car physically and its history. He even threw in a few extras like a jar of shortbread and a VXR accessories when it was time to get down to the paperwork. I didn't feel pressured and it was a positive experience.

Friendly informative salesman asked my requirements and found me a car at a price i could afford. When car arrived at showroom three of the alloys were damaged he then arranged for wheels to be repaired to bring them up to high standard. I would like to thank all the staff at Kirkcaldy showroom for their hard work to make me a completely satisfied customer I would have no hesitation to recommend Peter Vardy to anyone

I have never experienced a customer service like Peter Vardy. Having bought numerous Vauxhall's over the past 20 years from my local dealer it was a pleasure to have someone explain things in depth and to make you feel as though you are valued and I will definately be back even though you are 430 miles from me! I would like to thank Glen Gilson who dealt with us as he was very professional and nothing was to much trouble even showing me how things worked in the car as he handed it over. I would also recommend you to friends and family.

very professional from start to finish. always looked after by staff. did not have long to wait for the car I had chosen. friendly and helpful staff who kept in touch even after I had returned home with the new car. nothing was too much bother altogether.

They always make me feel like a valued customer and friend anytime I pop in.I have just been in to buy another car from them( my tenth car) and the transaction went as smooth as usual. I would like to thank Scott,Katie and Barry for all their help
