From start to finish - buying t car was a good experience - at t garage. David was very professional and not at all 'pushy' with regards selling t car. Laura was also 'faultless' and very pleasant during the handover. Enjoyed t coffees served upstairs and was pleased with the flowers and Chocs which were presented to me. The only quibble was that when I phoned the call centre prior to visiting t garage I was told that there were 1.2 Corsas in stock which was not the case. This disappointed me as I did travel quite a distance with t intention of buying this Corsa style.

I was extremely happy with Your sales adviser Daniel Steven . He made me feel at ease, explaining step by step details of the purchase in process. Daniel is an asset to Peter Vardy , he has a pleasant and warm disposition, a charming young man who is very good at his job. I am delighted with my car, and will have no hesitation on coming back to Peter Vardy Motherwell.

Helpful, enthusiastic and friendly staff helped make the purchase process straightforward and satisfactory. However, on receipt of my car I was disappointed that it did not reflect the level of 'attention to detail' that I had been promised. As a result the car has been returned to Peter Vardy's for repairs to faults that should have been identified and rectified prior to conclusion of the sale - had the promised level of vehicle inspection been undertaken.

Bought car advertised as 0% finance over five years but seem to be paying almost £2500 more than invoice total with deposit deducted. Excellent service throughout purchase but a bit puzzled regarding the final figures. Grateful for any clarification.

Although I hadn't planned on buying a new car the day I went to the showroom I am so glad I did. I love my new car to bits, a dream come true for me! Everything from the sales, arranging finance, picking up my car to after sales care has been fantastic. I can't fault a single thing. David was great and I really appreciate my brilliant surprise when picking my car up! I will never forget that. Very pleased with Peter Vardy!

I went into your showroom expecting to buy an older car. I was very surprised at the price of newer cars. I felt the salesman I delt with was very good. I agreed a price, and the deal was done. I would recommend Peter Vardy to friends and family.

Elliot Bailey was a complete star to deal with from the very first moment I made contact with the showroom. My work schedule is very hectic, however Elliot was extremely attentive to each of my emails and responded to each request I made. Even to the point of transporting my vehicle up from Fife, free of charge, after I searched it online. On day of collection, Elliot done the company proud by filling my car boot with a lovely bunch of flowers and a bottle of wine, what a treat !! Will highly recommend Vardy's and will certainly return when I am ready to change vehicles :-)

On October in Edinburgh We ordered car for Motability Scheme and I paid deposit. Around 3 weeks before delivery they canceled this contract because Vauxhall stopped building this car which I and my husband ordered. They offer us lower class, so we no agree it. We wont to take this deposit and we agree with Motability Advisor that they will send cheque next day by 1 class. We did not received it, so I sent email for them. Unfortunately they forgot send this cheque but paid on my closed account. They know that the account bank is closed and I've got a new account in another bank. Nonetheless they paid on this account and tried to convince that this card and account still working. And they tried to cancel this payment but they couldn't. I have problem with the refund my money. It is no my fault and no my problem that this bank will refund them the money. I think that they should be refund by my new account another money. But what happened with the money which they paid wrong that no my problem. That is them problem.

I was telephoned with an offer to upgrade my current car. Thge service i received was fantastic, from the salesperson to the handover it was seemless and no hassle at all. keep up the good work

Susan Tait looked after me in a quick, efficient and professional manner. I got the car I wanted without fuss and Susan was very quick to organise the paperwork and delivery of the vehicle, which I received within three days. When I took delivery of the vehicle, Clair Bussell was extremely helpful and made the process seamless. Overall I had great service from the staff at Peter Vardy and would recommend them to anyone looking for friendly, quick and efficient purchase.

I have been dealing with Gavin Woo again for my second purchase and for my partner's Corsa purchase from Peter Vardy, Gavin always does a good job and is always available for any problems and resolves quickly. I am very pleased with the Vauxhall Mokka, it has everything my Astra had plus more options. However my only fault is the poor finishing with the valeting, Polish still visible on windows and paint work. I have spoken to Gavin about this and when I pick up my spare wheel he said he will get it valeted again. Please pass on my compliments to Gavin

Bought a 2 year old vivaro in the summer (seafield)Had a few bits missing of the engine compartment nothing too serious. But it took them 6 weeks to get the parts. (Not impressed) It also had a faulty front fog light . This took them 3 months and 4 visits to branch 2 of them to pick up loan van. When I eventually got the van back it had damage to the front bumper. The head light was also out of alignment and rubbing on the bonnet. RESPONSE COULDNT GIVE A DAM. Great attitude.
