“Love my car I got from use the people who I dealt with while purchasing the car where amazing how every I was quite upset that I wasn't informed some of the damage that was to the car while purchasing it, I didn't get to test drive my car has it was having work done but on the day of picking up the car it turns out to have a dent in the door, chipped paint on the inside door handles and cigarette burns in the drivers seat. As much as I love my car I maybe would of reconsider another car from use if I had been informed.”
“Made to feel welcome during visit and friendly & courteous service provided by all staff members. Did have to return new car to dealership within 24 hours to have black mark removed from rear seat and a further problem has appeared with operation of windscreen wipers and car booked in next week to have this matter resolved. Both problems have been handled to my satisfaction although it is unfortunate that these problems have happened so soon into new car ownership. Pre-delivery checks could perhaps have been carried out more carefully.”
“The service from salesman kenny was first-class, down to earth, and so was the deal caitlyn put together. The only issue was the vx protect was in the deal and I didn't want it,and was proven when I complained about all the marks left on the car. I had to remove all the vx protect and re do the car myself to remove all the marks. So a waste of my money and time so apart from that first class.”
