“Arranged to view a car on the same evening as I made contact. That morning I received 3 communications from Peter Vardy staff confirming the appointment, sending a video of the car and telling me who would be meeting with me. I drove 40 minutes to get to the garage and when I arrived I waited 15 minutes to be seen, then spent 25 minutes giving the rep my personal details, to then be told the car had been sold earlier - appalling service. I will be telling everyone not to even look at Peter Vardy for a car. Initial excellent customer service with absolutely no follow through. If I ran my business like that, I would be out of business!!!”

“Purchased a car (Seafield, Edinburgh) and when it came to the day of delivery, I called to see if everything was ok and it transpired that they sold the car to someone else who came in AFTER I bought the car!!
This was also despite a £500 deposit and confirmation print off of the sale.
I gave them the chance to redeem themselves however I don't contain much hope of that. So I have been left extremely disappointed.
I lodged a complaint but no action so far to correct things. Think Im being fobbed off, which they have done before. Ridiculous treatment,. never using them again.”
