“I dislike garages and tend to buy my cars online, but was advised to go in to try and get a deal. Found Kevin (and the staff generally) very helpful, listened to what I actually wanted from a car and sought to deliver that. I wasn't pushed, was kept informed and eventually offered a deal that met what I was looking for. The process was simple, quick and hassle free and I ended up paying what I wanted, and getting more than I wanted and am very happy. I now do not have the same 'fear' of garages and be happy to come back in 2-3 years time when it's time to change.

“I cannot praise The staff at Peter Vardy Aberdeen enough. They were friendly and didn't try and pressurise you into buying a car. When the dealership didn't have the car that I was looking for they tracked one down and got it delivered from Edinburgh for me to look at. I even got a follow up call to make sure everything was fine with the car. I would definetly use them again.”
“Terrible service from start to finish - as soon as they had my cash, any caring for the customer was out the window.
Problems arranging the finance paperwork, frequent calls not returned, paperwork issues when I did go in to sign, then on day of pickup further issues with paperwork resulting in 90 minute delay, brand new car had scratches on it, had to be brought back in for repair work. All the time the salesperson rather indifferent about it all. Told we would get a £50 compensation cheque for the inconvenience; that was 7 weeks ago, chased it twice but last week call not returned and email ignored. Now realised we have a problem with a rear window; genuinely dreading having to deal with Peter Vardy again. Never had such terrible service with anything in my life; that its with as expensive a purchase as a car is really poor.
Summed up by the follow-up review I was sent to complete - had 2 spelling errors in my name, and the wrong branch listed.
I will never, ever use Peter Vardy again, and our experience also reflects poorly on Vauxhall. My sister-in-law was also interested in the same car we bought; as a direct result of our experience, she bought with Evans Halshaw instead even though it was slightly more expensive.”

Just purchased a brand new corsa sting from Peter Vardy @ Motherwell.
Scott Martin my salesman was a absolute joy to deal with and is a credit to Peter vardy.
He went the extra mile for us when my car broke down a week before trade in. He arranged for us to have a lovely wee courtesy car for 10 days until our new car arrived which was amazing. I really can't thank you enough Scott for everything you have done for us. It has been a pleasure dealing with you and hopefully we deal with you next time round.
Jason in the car ordering department was very good too he kept us up to date on the status of our new car.
Kelly and the other girls were fantastic when I went to collect my new car they treated you like a celebrity and couldn't do enough for you. They showed me how to work everything in my new car and never limited me to time.

“Friendly welcoming service. Robbie looked after us and explained our options in great detail. No pressure was applied on us to do a deal and we were very satisfied with the service we received. When we picked up our car a few days later Kelly also looked after us very well and explained all the various forms so we knew what we were signing. There was a slight blemish on the car and Kelly immediately had that attended to.

“I went to peter vardy vauxhall to look for a decent used car and i have to say i came away very happy with my experience. We were welcomed in to a cuppa and a chat with the business manager scott before jason, who served us, came over and introduced himself. He asked what we were looking for and found us plenty of great used cars that matched what we were looking for. jason let us test drive a corsa and we were going to buy it but we changed our mind in favour of an astra. Jason didn't mind at all and went on to find us a very good astra with only 13k miles on the clock in our price range. We are very happy with the car and it is evident that it was very well looked after and serviced by peter vardys before being sold to us.
