He could not have been more helpful and informative regarding my search for a car. He treated me with the utmost respect as an individual. This is sadly lacking today in many retail outlets as you tend to become “invisible” when you reach a certain age. Please give Chris a pat on the back and 10/10 for Customer Care. Was told car had 54000 mileage
Once i picked it up
It had 58000 mileage??
Was told car was £30 road tax
Then to find out car tax is £115??
Been waiting for paperwork to come since friday 2nd

Been phoning for days now and still waiting on call back?
