“I cannot believe that there could be such a great change in my new Mokka.

The steering feels lighter and more responsive.
The clutch pedal feels lighter.
The engine runs quitter.
The engine I believe is more responsive.
The five doors open and close easier and do not need to be slammed.
"Sadness"
The centre console does not have a digital speed display.
I bought a spare wheel with my first Mokka which had a fitting to secure the wheel. With my second Mokka there is no fitting to secure the spare wheel.
I was taken aback when my Mokka began to smoke and smell like burning. Since investigation with the garage I have learnt that the diesel particle filter was self cleaning.

“Fill you full of promises and good deals. Phone to confirm and organise pick up. Then 2 hours later say the price was a mistake and add to it. All over you when you go in and as soon as they have your money arent interested. Avoid like the plague.”
“most of the people i met were pleasent enough but the sales man didn't listen to what i wanted i requested to upgrade my car to a 5 door (same model and spec) around about the same money as i was paying but he offered me a car (different model and spec) well out of my price range when i said i couldn't afford it he then offered me a 3 door car (again a different model and spec) for around about the same as i was paying , the whole point of me asking for a change was to get a 5 door i told him i would speak it over with my wife and when i called him back to say sorry i wasn't going to carry on with the deal , he then offered me a 5 door car (same model and spec as i had the one i had asked for when i first arrived) for around about the same as i was paying. i took up this offer but couldn't work out why it had taken him so long to offer me this deal, was he trying to pressure me into a more expensive car i don't know but it spoiled what should have been a nice experience. this suprised me as i have dealt with Peter Vardy before and the service was brilliant. maybe just an off day for your sales staff .”
“The whole car buying experience was excellent from start to finish and far exceeded our expectations. The journey from the Lake District to Aberdeen proved to be well worth the effort and we would definitely consider buying from Peter Vardy when the time comes to change the car.
One slight criticism is the phone system which caused a lot of problems when trying to get through to the department required and on some occaisions meant calling 2 or 3 times due to the fact the system rings out.”

“Went in to look at cars not wanting to sign for anything on the same day. Ended up doing just that and then wanted to cancel as felt I had rushed into making the decision. After speaking with the salesman he managed to get a little more money knocked off which is always good. This helped sway my decision and so bought the car!
