“Was very impressed with the service I received from the Salesperson (Marlou)
she handled the sale very professionally, never any pressure left me to decide what i wanted.
Answered all my questions quickly and precisely.
She is an asset to any company..
The only fault i have is the service i received or should i say was told the vehhicle would get
ie: over a 100 point check, interior and exterior courtesy valet and clean before hand over.
The outside was ok but don't think they did much to the inside as There was still stale coffee marks inside the car that was there when i test drove the car also mud marks on inside edge of boot. small points but valid.
on checking the engine when i got home the Coolant level was very low almost empty and the brake fluid also low which suggests to me that the car was not checked over beforehand.
I topped these up myself as being a Taxi driver i could not afford to take the car back and it too be off the road.
This is the fourth vauxhall i have bought from you so am normally happy with the service.
Cannot fault the Sales staff I received a first class service from start to finish, its just the maintenance side and valet that i have a problem with..”
“The salesman was helpful, although he managed to talk me into a white car, it wasn't my first choice. The car itself is great, although I was a bit surprised that the interior had not been given a valet - it still had the same dirt around the gear stick and dashboard as I took it out a test drive. Having not spent much time in the car since purchase, I have noticed that their is a slight tear in the leather seats - against disappointing as this would have been picked up if it had a valet I would have guessed..”
