An apology was made when I eventually picked up my car with a promise of a follow up phone call in a few days to make sure everything was ok. That was over 4 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for that call

“Car was not ready when I first arrived to pick it up. I was told I needed to bring it back in a few days to have a sensor replaced - highly inconvenient as I need the car for work. Decided to return for the car later in the week. Two weeks after purchase, I discovered the car had not been serviced before I took it away so I had to return it - another inconvenience! I was provided with a courtesy car which was helpful. However, I was initially expected to replace any fuel used - unnecessary given the fact I was inconvenienced. There was hardly any fuel in the courtesy - could Peter Vardy put in at least £10 of fuel given the circumstances?
Overall, unhappy with salesman, but signing the papers etc went very smoothly with Coral who was very professional and helpful.”
