The service was excellent! Mark Howie was very helpful. He is friendly and knowledgeable about the car. I definitely will recommend to my friends to buy the car from Peter Vardy of Kirkcaldy.
I'm very happy with the purchase of the car a Vauxhall Corsa Sri 2015. It is a birthday present for my son, who tournament 18 in a few weeks time. It had everything that a young man would want in his first car and driving the Corsa is so smooth for a small car. Thank you also Mark for your after care on transferring the cherished number plates onto the car, this was all done in 5 working days, which is really quick.

“On the day of handover the staff that processed it were very helpful, and made considerable effort to assist me. Why I didn't give a 5 star rating is there was no gift presented to me , like a hamper or bottle Champagne etc which I have come to expect and received the previous tow times I have purchased a new car from this dealership.”

“Very disappointed with service. Reason I chose peter vardy was because of a few email and texts saying about 30th anniversary deals they had on the deals were don't pay finance for 3 months on new and used cars, also 3 gift worth 300. I went in on 26th July the deals were to b on until 30th, when I asked about deals was told it was finished even though I showed the email stating it was ending 30th.
Then when I went to pick up car I sat and waited 3 hours. Car had been damaged so had to take it back another date to be fixed, didn't mind going back, sales man very apologetic about this problem.
Took car back to be fixed but one scratch at back of car was not sorted. Was told I would be contacted but never heard back. So just gave up asking. Customer service was like they didn't care once the car deal was done. Told I would have breakdown cover but no information about who I should contact if I broke down, had to go back in to pick up car mats asked about this but a different sales man couldn't find out about this said original salesman would contact me but still never heard and this was a good few weeks ago. Problem after problem with buying my car.”

“Visited Peter Vardy Jaguar Aberdeen with a view to buying a new car but were made to feel very unwelcome before we had even stepped inside. The sales manager (?) was standing guard outside and blocked our path to the door before we even got to it. After he demanded to know what we wanted and I explained we were looking for an XF sportbrake, he did deign to let us in and frostily direct us to a salesman (who was fine). However since they have just stopped making the sportbrake and they had zero second hand stock of any sort it was all rather wasted. It is pretty good going to alienate one's customers before they have even got inside the showroom! The whole place seemed exceptionally snobby, cold and hostile. Maybe because we weren't wearing business suits?”
