Test drive was rather short but having already owned the older version of the car I was interested in I wasn't really fussed.
During the purchase of the car I was given a glass of non alcoholic champagne and a flower as a thank you for choosing Peter Vardy. I thought this was a nice touch and my mother got a flower.

Got told to pick car up 2 days later . Got the drive away insurance . Phoned vardy to tax it . Then on day to pick it up . We had to phone to find out what time to pick it up . Then told can't as no v5 for car . After paying £8000 for a car no one could tell me when I can get car . This went on for almost 2 weeks . And wee always had to call them as no one would return our calls . Always busy. Or in meetings . Now car has brake problems after 3 weeks . 144 point check looks like they missed something”
