When we entered the garage and asked to speak to Gavin we were made feel welcome by all the members of staff, making us comfortable while we waited and always offering us a tea or coffee. “Our salesman Gavin did an excellent job which resulted in us purchasing a new astral excite.
He kept us up to date with paper work and when our car would be ready for collection.
However when we came to collect our car we were told to take a seat in waiting area got offered coffee then completely ignored for 40 mins whoever was allocated to do handover took wrong couple when realised error didn't think to return to find correct couple.
Eventually after complaining about our lengthy wait problem was rectified and we were allocated different person to handover our new car he did an excellent job apologised profusely . Gavin also came and apologised for the other person's error but the person in question did not.
If we had been ignored the day we were looking to purchase then you definitely would have lost the sale to a different garage.
We are delighted with our new car had courtesy call from Gavin to ensure all was well.we hope lesson learned at the garage so the experience will not be repeated by any other customers.

The service delivery was first class and not what you would have expected at a car sales room. You were made to feel very welcome and the whole buying experience was made very straightforward.
