Didnt! Closed door sales evening was a huge disappointment. Probably ok if you're looking for a new Astra or Corsa and that was all the salesman focused on. I've got a top of the range DS5 2.0L dsport and told him I wanted something as good, so why didn't he show me the Insignia range for example?? Anyway it was a bit of a damp squib, certainly can't see me changing for a Vauxhall anytime soon, sorry Peter Vardy! Also, foolishly made the mistake of not reading the SMALL print and thought I was getting a gift for turning up, mmmmmmm dummy. Capital D!!

Rob the salesman was really helpful and gave us plenty of time to come to a decision. He was well versed on the Mokka and knew what he was speaking about. Katie who did the handover was equally as good. She was also well up on the Mokka. They were both brilliant n didn't even make me feel stupid when I was in tears leaving my old car. Stupid me!!! I have already sent a thank you card to them both to show them how much I appreciated their help.

Guys were really approachable and friendly. They gave us a good laugh but more importantly a fantastic deal. They even told me why it would be a waste of money buying a newer model which i thought was fantastic.

From the moment you step into the showroom you are treated respectfully. The sales people are never pushy for a sale but are extremely helpful regards helping you find the vehicle you want. First Class experience.

Issue with the date the vehicle was going to be ready, V5 from was not available, in post at another post box, my son then had no car for 4 days as he had cancelled the insurance on his own car. Plenty of phone calls from us and apologies from salesman, not much good to a 18 year old who has just purchased his first car. Car was passed over with a missing rear window wiper. I purchased 2 new cars three years ago, not sure of I shall purchase again!

There was no pressure to buy the car from the salesman; Hadleigh. As it is his job to sell, he let me take my time and make the right decision for myself. I love my car so much and its uniqueness!

I reported a fault and they called to say car was ready. When I enquirer about the fault, it hadn't been looked at. When I collected the car, they were unable to find fault, I.e. Didn't bother looking and I was given an excuse which made no sense. I checked my in car camera and found it had been disconnected from when the car went in to when I collected it. WHAT ARE THEY HIDING?

I was looking for a small car for myself, and John Lennon at Peter Vardy managed to do a deal with me to allow me to get the car I wanted. I have bought a few cars from Vardy's and I have been very impressed by the sales team and also the after sales service.

I was not happy with the service, communication was not the best nobody seemed to know what was going on or we never got one straight answer! Due to this I was promised, One years free road tax, £20 free fuel, and a free service this time next year! Checked the road tax and was only given 6 months road tax and by the time I got to Bellshill from Motherwell the fuel light was on, and also didn't recieve the headed paper with the free service, had to phone and was told off management that they had just tried to overwrite it, and received a new email but due to this I think it was terrible customer service.

I found the customer care at peter vardy great could'nt rate it highly enough darren the sales rep we had was grt and done his best to get us the best deal would highly recommend them to anyone defo be going back in the future ????

Booked my car in for a service and a loan car on Wednesday, but when I got there I was told it was booked in for Tuesday? I said that when I booked it in they said on Tuesday there wasn't a loan car available so it was booked for Wednesday as a loan car was available that day. They couldn't give me a loan car so I couldn't get the car serviced. POOR service and a waste of my time taking a day off work. Now I have to take another day off work to get it serviced at another Vauxhall dealer. Peter Vardy wanted £180 for service plus £15 for a loan car. Another Vauxhall dealer has quoted me £130 plus no charge for the loan car? I know where I will be taking our two Vauxhall,s from now on.
