“picked car up on 15/04/16 had to replace bulbs next day which means NO ONE HAS LOOKED OVER CAR BEFORE HAND OVER, windscreen wipers need replaced and still waiting for second key for car, WAX ALL OVER CAR,wasn't valeted{ very dissapointed } simple things hence why service plan was cancelled NO ONE CARES AFTER SALE ONLY LOOKING TO MAKE SALES. PHONING A WASTE OF TIME & MONEY LEAVE MESSAGES NO ONE GETS BACK????
