“We were passed around 3 different salesmen and when we turned up for a prearranged test drive a car was not available. Even when we went to collect our car arrangements were changed. No handbook was in the car and no fluid in the screen washers.”

“It's when things don't go to plan that we can actually see how good the customer service is. I had a few annoyances along the process of buying a used Astra - wrong number of previous owners on the advert, problems when supplying documentation to the finance company, few bits in the car that needed repair and a couple of days after getting the vehicle, some mechanical problems.
However, the customer service has been brilliant, whatever the issue is, the staff (Ben and Jamie from sales, Paul from Service) has always made it right in the end. I even got a FC Porto (my club) shirt and a Prosecco bottle as a gesture of good will.
I've got a lift to work and a courtesy car on the same day I left the Astra there to get repaired and hopefully everything will get sorted under warranty. So far, nothing to say, great service.”
“It was a very pleasurable experience dealing with Brett Williamson and his manager whose name escapes me for the moment. The staff were very hospitable and polite and even when I have just had a problem with the car Brett has dealt with the issue immediately and to date I am awaiting a mechanic to come to my house and fit a new battery today. I can only hope this will be done and all will be well. Overall I'm very happy with Peter Vardy and would recommend them for a visit.”
“Sales guys did well to find me a car once they got the fact I was not shifting in price but the advice given and after sales left a lot to be desired.
Told the car would be delivered in a week, it took two.
Told the car would go through safety check and so many point check. Well it may have but why didn't someone notice the engine warning light on, windscreen wiper or washers didn't work and the boot didn't shut properly. Taken back, repaired and it still doesn't shut properly.
Told car had Bluetooth, it didn't.
Told documents, manuals and spare key would be here in a week. It's been a week and still not here.”
