“I think the original service I received before I purchased my car was fine and very truthful, however the other staff i dealt with after I received my DAMAGED car, was absolutely disgusting. the company as a whole is revolting because first of all the car they gave me was completely damaged inside and out, so god knows what would have been wrong under the bonnet. because of this and the service I then received and the way they dealt with the situation in SEAFIELD EDINBURGH I was left with no car and £2000+ in debt. they refused to take the car back after 6 days of having it unless I paid the said figure. this could have been easily resolved but because of the loop holes created I gave up in the end. SCAMMERS. I will never ever use peter vardy again and will carry on telling other people the same.”

“Whole experience spoiled car very good everything expected, saleswoman did not explain finance properly only explained half details,made decision to buy based on info given ,had I known full facts would never have gone ahead with deal would have kept own vehicle longer ,was quite upset when received full details from finance company didn't realise until then was four years monthly payment then final payment,conveniently sales person failed to mention final payment only mentioned 48monthly payments ,and forgot to give me copy of agreement, I wrongly assumed after 48payments car was mine as only finance deal I have had was HP ,felt I had been tricked somehow feel saleswoman only cared about making sale and not me as a person had bought previous car from PeterVardy, and had opposite experience salesman treated me much better took time to explain everything to me in plain simple terms,”

“Could not fault peter vardy on how well we were treated during purchase of our new car and trade in of our old. We were made to feel welcome and valued by Kenny at dalgety bay branch,no pressure during whole process and Kenny got us the exact car we wanted and in pristine condition. Kenny went that extra mile for us. The only criticism I have is on collection of the car the outside had been valeted to a very high standard we didn't notice the inside until we arrived home it had been cleaned but not to the same standard as the outside, there was marks all over the drinks holders and back door due to liquid spill and there were dog hairs all along the back seats. We cleaned this by ourselves and are very pleased with our new car all the same. I would highly recommend peter vardy to my friends and family I have dealt with many franchise garages and felt really pressured. Kenny as I said applied no pressure and got us just what we asked for I would personally send my friends and family to him if they are considering a new car in the future. I would also like to say justice the manager was also very helpful.”
