“The reason we came back to Peter Vardy is because of Gavin who deals with the motability side of the business. When I worked it was my job to train staff for the opening of shops and customer service is very important to me. Gavin is wonderful and is a great credit to your business and I trust what he tells me. He isn't at all pushy and is very good at giving you advice and there isn't anything that is too much trouble for him. We visited the showroom a few times before making the final choice and Gavin was so helpful.”
“From the first meeting to the completion of me getting my new car the staff at Peter Vardie , Motherwell were extremely helpfull, friendly, knowledgeable, and actually went out of their way to make me feel important and welcome. David the salesman was so friendly and helpfull, he also showed his vast knowledge of the motor trade, and got the best deal available for me.

“After paying my initial deposit I never heard from anyone for months until the day I was to collect my car when I got a phonecall at Lunchtime to say my car was not here. I went up later that week to fill in paper work. When I got there I was told they could not fill it in as the car did not have a reg number yet. Went up the next week to collect it and couldn't because vauxhaul had recalled the Adams. Waited an hour to be told that. Then went up at the weekend to get my car. Service was good on that day however my car did not have black alloys as I was told it would or chrome detail around the windows which I was told it would. Overall I am very disappointed in the service and the lack of communication with customers. If I hadn't wanted the car so much I would of gone elsewhere.”
