“I did feel that the actual demonstration of the vehicle was a bit rushed. I wasn't able to take in everything I was being told. I have been studying the manual and find that there is no CD player or satnav fitted, and that I have to purchase other instruments to have use of these facilities. Also, there is a compartment for a First Aid kit which was pointed out to me , but not opened and I now find it has no kit inside.
I am dissappointed that this model doesn't have these, yet has so many other features.
Finally, an oil filter was missing and so I had to wait for this to be received and fitted before I could leave.”
“Was not impressed with the service was not given various options available to me.
The hand over was poor basic instructions and no time to look over the car.
Next day noticed two black scrapes reported and told to bring the car in and they would repair was told it would be a couple of hours was there for five and when it was done it was shabby could see paint runs and finish was rough,three weeks later I am still waiting to get repaired. Communication is diabolical sell the car and forget you”
“Having reached the ripe old age of seventy nine you will have gathered that in that time, over the years, I have done deals with quite a few car sales premises. Peter Vardy far and away excels anywhere I have ever been and I cannot praise the company, the staff, enough.
