The midnight handover service was exceptional, a really great experience. I would buy a new car again just for that! Great atmosphere and great service.”

“I was disappointed my brand new car had damage. I opted for midnight pickup and it was raining. The next day I had a good check over and found the alloy damaged and some minor scratches on either door. On calling the dealership the next day I took it along 12 hrs later and was offered repairs but had to leave the car. I have just picked it up and unfortunately the scratch on the drivers door would require a respray at my cost. The alloy was fixed with the sales person insistence but the adjuster was not happy that I had not damaged it myself. On the whole so sad I have a brand new damaged car.
I had an unfortunate experience last year with a cancelled sale from the company's side and gave them another chance. ..”

“The uplift of my car took approx 2 hours - no petrol in car, not cleaned properly had to be redone (letter R written on rear lights), no spare tyre which was ordered and paid for (manager advised it was unusual for a spare tyre to be ordered) and a comedy by 4 staff trying to instal the jack etc in the allocated space.”
“Went with my dad to collect his new car and the place was a shambles. Nobody had a clue about paperwork etc and the desk we were put to, to sign paperwork eye dodnt even have seats for us to sit at. After being in the place an hour my dad finally got to see his car, which was dirty on the front and rear of the car. There was no diesel in it which was previously agreed so we then had to wait again for someone to go to the petrol station to fill
It up. We were told it would get a full tank for the inconvience but on my dad driving away realised it was only 3/4 full. We spoke to the manager about out problems and was very apologetic but won't be going back and wouldn't recommend. The other thing which I thought was really bad service was the salesman who we got to sell us the car was nowhere to be seen when collecting the car. This place obviously doesn't communicate with each. I have bought a few cars in my time at several different garages and never seen the like of the service we got at peter vardy”
