“Just going to call to day today to make a appointment car making a rattle noise from dashboard very annoying also for last month I have before and after I have purchased the car I have received numerous marketing calls asking me do I want to purchase a car I have every caller and the showroom to stop these call but no it's still happened”

“What was right?
Went in Saturday to test drive a specific car confirmed by email and a phone call to go all the way there be left for 40 mins then tell us the car wasn't there, however looked at different car , ended up buying it and was called on Monday to storage collection for Thursday ar 4pm , go all way in tonight and again left sitting for an hour for them to then say it wouldn't be ready till tomorrow ( Friday ) at 5pm... Very poor customer service, both myself and my husband took a half day for today to collect. Don't get my rating st all .”

“From my original enquiry to picking up my new car the service i recieved has been excellent ,Jonothan the salesman even sent me a video of the car i was interested in so i could get an idea of the interior ,he was very pleseant and very informative and made me and my wife feel at ease.
On the day i collected my car i was greeted at reception and shown upstairs to the cafe where i recieved a non alchoholic cocktail and a flower arrangement for my wife and five minutes later a member of tbe finance team called Fiona took me to her office to sort out the paper work ,she was very efficient and she certainley new her stuff and in no time at all she took me outside to get my new car then she showed me the controls and even tuned in my phone for me ,so all in all a very good experince buying a car (my second )from Peter Vardy Motherwell. The handover was very unorganised and the car wasnt very clean at all with cigarette ash still in the vehicle meaning i have since had to have the car valeted”
“Brilliant salesman, Paul Stevens, lovely man , very genuine, not pushy, very knowledgeable, if Paul had been pushy we would not have bought a car, also handover very good with Kirsten Wallace, very nice and very knowledgeable. My only complaint was that I was told I would have my car on Monday!!! After numerous phone calls, I did not get my car until Thursday !! This was very frustrating and very inconvenient, ! Very disappointed that this should happen with such a well known company.”
“My experience with Reg Vardy while not perfect was eventually sorted out. But I would have preferred to have had my car delivered on time, ESPECIALLY as the salesman had a week to get it all organised. Which should have been more than enough time.
To be fair it did eventually get sorted out but I was a day late in taking possession of my new vehicle.
Considering I was also paying cash I expected a better deal but am overall happy with my car and how I was treated after the initial problem.
